Protocol·Ethical Data

Data ethics as a founding commitment

Cognitive work is intimate. The way you analyse language, construct frames, and engineer meaning reflects how you think. We treat that information with the gravity it deserves.

Six Guiding Principles

Radical Transparency

Every data interaction on CLIHub is documented and auditable. We publish clear records of what data we collect, how long we retain it, and precisely who has access. There are no hidden pipelines.

Minimum Necessary Collection

We collect only the data required to deliver platform functionality. Analysis results, session metadata, and profile information are scoped strictly to their stated purpose and never repurposed.

Practitioner Sovereignty

Your cognitive work is yours. All analysis outputs, framework annotations, and personal research notes remain under your control. You may export or delete your data in full at any time.

No Third-Party Data Brokerage

CLIHub does not sell, license, or share practitioner data with advertising networks, data brokers, or commercial partners. Aggregated, anonymised research insights are the only form of data shared externally.

Ethical AI Processing

When your content is submitted for AI analysis, it is processed in-flight and not used to train external models. We select AI providers that offer data-processing agreements aligned with our ethical standards.

Continuous Review

Our data practices are reviewed quarterly by an internal ethics panel. Material changes are communicated to members at least 30 days before taking effect, with the right to object before the change applies to your account.
